The HAN interface is used by smart electricity meters (AMM). Connections of communication devices to these HAN interfaces usually do not require distributor approval.
The AMM meter provides data on consumption, power supply and other data for the customers’ own needs at regular intervals via this interface using the DLMS/COSEM protocol (in push mode).
