IoT signal coverage
Check signal coverage for your country and location prior ordering the SENSECOM communication devices. There are 2 IoT low power networks (LPWAN) applicable for SENSECOM communication devices:
- NB-IoT
- SIGFOX
For NB-IoT there are 3 possible countries coverage types to be used (and a corresponding multi-year flat rate):
- NB-IoT Coverage A (10 years and 500MB flat rate)
- NB-IoT Coverage B (10 years and 500MB flat rate)
- NB-IoT Coverage C (specific conditions applies)
For SIGFOX IoT network connectivity subscriptions are provided by local SIGFOX operators.
Depending on the type of IoT technology (NB-IoT or SIGFOX) and its coverage, you can select the appropriate SENSECOM device model and, in the case of NB-IoT, also the appropriate subscription type (coverage A, B or C).
NB-IoT Coverage
There is 10-year flat rate (including NB-IoT SIM) based on selected countries coverage types A and B (C with specific conditions). Most countries are in most coverage lists, unique (single occurrence) countries are highlighted there (B to A, C to B).
If you are missing your country, please contact us, the number of countries on each list is continuously increasing, as is the number of operators with roaming agreements.
Most of the countries have more than one NB-IoT operator, most of which provide roaming-based connectivity. Connection with type C coverage is provided under specific conditions (no flat rates yet), if you need to use it, please contact us.
